Jefferies is hiring an experienced Oracle HCM & Oracle Recruiting Cloud Technical Analyst to support and develop its global HR technology platform. The role covers technical administration, troubleshooting, configuration, integrations, reporting, workflow design, security, release support, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM and Recruiting Cloud, with a focus on Core HR and Recruiting. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 3–5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, and expertise in Redwood UX, Visual Builder Cloud Service, HCM extracts, BI Publisher, HDL, OIC, OTBI, SQL, security, workflows, and SaaS release management.
