Description
Staffbase is hiring an Associate Technical Consultant to support client implementations of its AI-native employee experience platform. The role owns standard integration components such as SSO/SAML setups and HRIS syncs, translates customer requirements into platform solutions, diagnoses technical issues, manages integration workstreams, communicates risks to customers and internal teams, and advises on integrations with systems such as Microsoft, SAP, Workday, and Okta. The position requires reliable independent work, strong communication, documentation discipline, command-line or application-log troubleshooting, and 1–2 years of experience in development, technical consulting, professional services, implementation, or sales engineering; German and English at C1 or above are required, while French and enterprise-integration experience are advantageous.
