AHEAD is hiring an Associate Technical Consultant for its Storage Delivery Practice to support enterprise data center infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and system moves. The customer-facing role involves installing and configuring storage, server, networking, and SAN infrastructure; diagnosing connectivity issues; creating technical documentation; supporting delivery engagements and cutovers; and transferring knowledge to customers. The role requires hands-on enterprise infrastructure experience, familiarity with Linux, Unix, Windows, and automation tools, and may involve limited travel and after-hours or weekend work.
