Description
The Associate Technical Designer will develop and implement basic programs, create technical specifications for Kohl’s Proprietary Brands, benchmark market trends, support product fit and development, coordinate with internal and external partners, organize sample reviews, and communicate actionable corrections to vendors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in fashion design, apparel manufacturing, or a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and preferably PLM, Adobe Illustrator, textile, construction, and pattern-making knowledge. It is based at Kohl’s Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
