Description
Veronica Beard is hiring an Associate Technical Designer to support Soft Woven product categories by partnering with Design, Product Development, and Production teams. The role covers defining design intent, preparing and tracking samples, recording fit notes, communicating fit and construction corrections to vendors, managing tech packs through production, identifying production and quality issues, coordinating with domestic and overseas vendors, shipping samples, and contributing to block-library and efficiency projects. The position requires a patternmaking or technical design degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, PLM systems, and Microsoft Excel, and strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit. The base salary is $65,000–$70,000, with additional benefits, incentives, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
