The Associate Technical Director will lead the technical development and production of multiple mobile projects for a partner, serving as a technical stakeholder, auditor, consultant, and technology owner. The role oversees quality, technical standards, project technology strategy, risk mitigation, architecture and design decisions, hiring, project kickoffs, knowledge sharing, and customer-facing representation. It requires 8+ years of professional software development experience, 3+ years leading a game development team of 8+ engineers, C++ proficiency, mobile development expertise, game development domain knowledge, performance and memory optimization, live-service ownership, and experience with globally distributed teams.
