The role oversees quality, technical standards, architecture, performance and memory optimization, live-service game ownership, hiring, project kickoffs, knowledge sharing, and representation at customer and industry events. It requires 8+ years of professional software development experience, including leading a team of 8+ software engineers, strong C++ and mobile development expertise, and experience with globally distributed teams.
