The Associate Technical Director will lead the technical development and production of multiple mobile projects for a partner, acting as a technical stakeholder, auditor, consultant, and technology owner. The role oversees quality, technical standards, project technology strategy, risk mitigation, architecture and design decisions, hiring, project kickoffs, knowledge sharing, and representation at customer and industry events. It requires 8+ years of professional software development experience, 3+ years leading a game development team of 8+ engineers, C++ proficiency, mobile development expertise, game development domain knowledge, performance and memory optimization, live-service ownership, and experience with globally distributed teams.
