Description
Arcadis is hiring a Design Lead for its Global Excellence Center to direct, coordinate, and assure the quality of integrated design activities across multidisciplinary civil engineering projects. The role translates client and project requirements into design tasks, monitors progress and quality, reviews deliverables, manages technical risks and interfaces, supports client and stakeholder coordination, and coaches designers and engineers. It requires a civil or structural engineering degree, at least 15 years of relevant experience including several years in coordination or leadership, underground infrastructure experience, and knowledge of geotechnics, concrete, and steel structures.
