Description
Arcadis is hiring an Associate Technical Director to lead its specialist capability in pressure surge, transient hydraulics, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for water and wastewater infrastructure in the UK and internationally. The role provides technical authority and final review, oversees complex modelling and standards, leads multidisciplinary and framework delivery, develops client relationships and commercial outcomes, and recruits and mentors specialist engineering teams. Candidates need at least 12 years of progressive hydraulic engineering experience, chartered engineer status, proven transient and CFD modelling expertise, and experience with major UK water utilities and AMP regulatory frameworks.
