Arcadis is hiring a Civil Structures Technical Director for its Structural and Geotechnical team in Queensland. The role provides technical leadership to the Queensland team, mentors engineers, leads complex infrastructure projects across road, rail, ports, and energy sectors, manages technical risk, supports client relationships and sales, and contributes to regional and national team strategy. Candidates must be degree-qualified civil structures engineers with at least 15 years of engineering design consultancy experience, extensive large-scale infrastructure project delivery experience, expertise in bridges, cut-and-cover tunnels, and retaining walls, and strong leadership and communication skills.
