Bayer is hiring a Packaging Operator for the second shift at its Myerstown site. The role involves setting up, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and documenting packaging-line production; supporting safety, quality, GMP, SOP, and regulatory compliance; improving operational efficiency; and collaborating with production, maintenance, and operational-excellence teams. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, GMP or SOP experience, and the ability to work safely in a production environment with frequent schedule changes; an associate degree in technical or industrial manufacturing and at least six months of material-handling equipment experience are preferred.
