Description
The Associate, Technology Asset Management will oversee the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets for a global financial services firm, including procurement, inventory, deployment, analysis, and secure disposal. The role will improve IT asset management processes, controls, data accuracy, reporting, and governance while supporting compliance, cost optimization, forecasting, audits, and stakeholder training. It requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Excel, and experience with ServiceNow or a comparable platform; experience with Axonius, Microsoft Intune, Lansweeper, Rapid7, secure disposal, AI tools, or regulated environments is preferred.
