Lazard is hiring an experienced Associate for its San Francisco Technology Investment Banking Group. The role supports M&A, capital raising, restructurings, and other strategic advisory transactions by building complex financial models, conducting industry and company research, managing due diligence and transaction documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and mentoring analysts. Candidates need 2–3 years of investment banking experience, or relevant alternative experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong quantitative and communication skills, leadership ability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. The expected base salary is $185,000–$250,000 USD.
