Lexington Medical, Inc. is hiring an Associate Territory Manager to support territory development and customer engagement in a field-based, apprenticeship-style role. The position works with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital personnel; supports procedures and product usage; develops new business; manages account strategies, trials, evaluations, conversions, product availability, and case preparation; and gathers customer feedback. It covers a Melbourne, Victoria territory with regular travel, possible overnight travel, and potential after-hours on-call participation, and requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant clinical or allied health education and theatre experience, Australian working rights, and a current Australian driver’s licence. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and provides a car allowance.
