Description
AST SpaceMobile is hiring an Associate Test Engineer to develop and execute test strategies for spacecraft subsystems and supporting hardware. The role involves defining test requirements, creating test plans and procedures, running test campaigns, troubleshooting hardware and test setups, documenting results, analyzing data, and supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement. The position is assigned to Shift 2, a night shift working Monday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. on a 4x10 schedule, and requires at least two years of relevant engineering test, quality assurance, or systems validation experience.
