Description
Brave Health is hiring full-time, W2 Associate Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program. The role is 100% remote, Monday through Friday, with 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time shifts, and offers a $60,000–$63,000 base salary plus bonus pay. Candidates need a master's-level degree and licensure, unrestricted United States work authorization, telehealth and assessment skills, and experience working with clients toward goals; English fluency is required, while Spanish fluency is preferred. The position includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, liability insurance, and an annual growth and education stipend.
