Clear Behavioral Health is hiring an Associate Therapist for its virtual intensive outpatient program. The role provides individual and group psychotherapy, creates treatment plans, conducts risk assessments and crisis safety planning, coordinates care, supports a safe recovery environment, and mentors other therapists. The position requires registered therapist status, a master’s degree, and at least one year of adult mental health clinical experience. It is fully on-site Monday through Friday, with clients met virtually, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
