NeuroPace is hiring an Associate Therapy Consultant/Market Development Rep to support the clinical practice for epilepsy care in the Virginia market. The role develops new and existing accounts, builds physician champions, educates and trains clinicians and patients, supports surgical and in-clinic patient programming, manages patient pipelines in Caspio and Salesforce, and collaborates with therapy consultants, clinical engineers, and regional management. The position requires 1–3 years of medical device sales experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong communication and presentation skills, and approximately 80% travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings. Compensation is $90,000 base plus $156,000 at plan, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
