DRW is hiring an Associate Trader for a full-time position in Amsterdam. The role focuses on researching and executing trading strategies centered on corporate earnings in APAC and North American markets, including single-name equity research, monitoring fundamental, geopolitical, and macroeconomic news, analyzing market-sector trends, and collaborating with development and other departments. The position also involves maintaining custom technologies and systems and requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant analytical discipline, strong English communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and on a variable schedule.
