Description
The role manages the end-to-end construction draw process, including receipt and review of draw requests, verification of invoices, lien waivers, agreements, and other documentation, assessment of reserve balances, reconciliation with project budgets and contract documents, change-order review, and coordination with borrowers, lenders, asset managers, consultants, and vendors. The position also provides guidance on disbursement requirements, escalates risks, generates activity reports, and meets service-level standards in a fast-paced commercial real estate loan servicing environment.
