Description
The Associate Transactions & Processing role supports commercial loan servicing by identifying and monitoring loan triggers, processing complex transactions, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring collateral, preparing payoff letters, auditing loan systems, and escalating non-routine concerns. The role requires a master’s degree in finance and accounting, at least two years of commercial loan servicing experience or equivalent experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and intermediate Excel proficiency.
