Wealth Enhancement is hiring an on-site Associate Trust Officer in either Sioux Falls, South Dakota or Phoenix, Arizona. The role administers trust account portfolios, serves clients and advisors, oversees distributions and transactions, manages documentation and tax preparation, performs account and investment reviews, supports BSA/AML compliance and audits, presents discretionary requests, and assists with team training and process improvements. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with at least two years of trust-industry experience preferred; Microsoft Office, communication, organization, Salesforce, CTFA, and AI literacy are relevant qualifications. The posted starting base salary is $90,000-$110,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits available to full-time employees.
