Description
MongoDB is hiring a Technical Services Engineer to advise customers and resolve complex MongoDB problems involving architecture, performance, recovery, security, Atlas, and cloud infrastructure. The role works with large customers, advocates for their needs with product and development teams, and contributes to internal support-tool development. It requires at least four years of relevant experience, strong systems and database administration knowledge, troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills, and a B.Tech/B.S. or equivalent work experience. The position is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid working model.
