Description
The employer is seeking a US Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, environmental services, oil and gas, construction, and other verticals. The role involves sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals; screening and assessing candidates; coordinating interviews; maintaining ATS records; and collaborating with onsite recruiters and hiring managers. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of US recruiting experience, strong sourcing and headhunting skills, familiarity with VMS and ATS tools, and experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines.
