Bowery is hiring an Associate Appraiser to support the valuation of commercial properties by collecting and analyzing market data, conducting property inspections, researching local trends, preparing appraisal reports, maintaining records, and learning appraisal methodologies under senior appraisers. The role offers on-the-job training, a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, medical and dental employer-supported coverage, and other benefits. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required, and the applicant must be willing to travel to property sites.
