Description
The role owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for corporate online banking, host-to-host SFTP and API integrations, liquidity management, wallets, payments, collections, and virtual accounts for WBG and BBG clients. Responsibilities include converting sales mandates into live solutions, leading ERP and connectivity integrations, managing client workshops and UAT, coordinating production issues, maintaining implementation dashboards, closing product gaps, and leading a team of direct reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of transaction banking experience including 4 years in cash management implementation or client integration, Middle East banking experience, and experience managing teams and multiple stakeholder groups.
