Description

Jarrard, Inc. is hiring an Associate Vice President, Change Management to lead technology transformation engagements for healthcare organizations. The role combines strategic communications, organizational change, and technology enablement to support EHR/ERP implementations, digital modernization, AI enablement, and large-scale system rollouts. The AVP will advise healthcare executives, design change and communications strategies, activate stakeholder and change networks, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to business development and firm management. The position is based in Chicago, Illinois or Nashville, Tennessee, with remote work allowed, and offers a salary of $125,000-$145,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Previous Experiences: 8-10+ years of experience in technology transformation, change management, or strategic communications, ideally within healthcare
Experience supporting technology or system implementations, including EHR, ERP, digital platforms, or AI tools
Expertise in stakeholder analysis, change strategy and planning, and building change networks
Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex programs with strong project or program management
Experience in learning and development and designing change and communication strategies based on adult learning principles
Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare experience
Experience across healthcare providers, payers, and technology partners
