North Carolina A&T State University is hiring an Associate Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management to provide executive leadership for the university’s enrollment strategy. The role oversees recruitment, financial aid, student onboarding, retention, and degree completion; leads the coordinated enrollment enterprise; and advises the Provost and institutional leadership. The position requires a master’s degree in higher education administration or a related field, at least eight years of senior-level enrollment management or student services experience, strategic planning and data-analysis expertise, team leadership, budget management, and knowledge of student information systems. It is a permanent, full-time, 40-hour-per-week appointment open until filled, with possible remote or hybrid work subject to university and state policies.
