Hightower is hiring an Associate Wealth Advisor to support high-net-worth individuals and families with personalized wealth management, financial planning, investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, relationship management, compliance, and business development. The role can be performed from the Chicago or Oak Brook office with travel between locations as needed and offers a hybrid schedule of three in-office days and two work-from-home days. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of wealth management or financial services experience, CFP designation status, and relevant financial planning or investment software experience; FINRA licenses are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $75,000-$95,000 plus a discretionary bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
