XML Financial Group is hiring an Associate Wealth Manager to support an established book of wealth management clients, coordinate with senior advisors and custodians, respond to client inquiries, support account and portfolio activities, prepare for client meetings, and maintain accurate client information. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant experience, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills. It is an exempt position based in Bethesda, Maryland, with three days per week in the office, and offers an annualized base pay range of $75,000-$90,000 plus potential bonus and benefits.
