Description
Parametric is hiring an Associate to join its Workflow Modelling and Orchestration team and support the design, build, testing, and delivery of enterprise operational workflows through Workflow Center, a Camunda-based workflow platform. The role translates complex operational processes into executable BPMN 2.0 workflows and DMN decision logic, configures workflow components, supports functional testing and UAT, embeds operational controls and exception handling, and collaborates with business and technology stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of professional experience in workflow modelling, business process management, process automation, business analysis, operations transformation, or a related discipline.
