Description
The Hawai’i Institute of Geophysics and Planetology at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa is hiring a full-time, permanent, tenure-track Assistant Professor (F3) or Associate Professor (F4) in outer solar system science. The role involves original research, extramural funding, peer-reviewed publications, undergraduate teaching, student mentoring, institute governance, and service to the scientific community. The appointee may also serve as Associate Director and eventually Director of the NASA Hawai’i Space Grant Consortium. The position is based at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2027.
