Molex is hiring an Assistant Engineer, Process in Zhuhai, Guangdong to improve production processes, develop and implement process or automation changes, maintain process documentation, troubleshoot processing issues, support production automation, verify process releases, train junior engineers, and contribute to quality, Six Sigma, ISO, and environmental and health and safety management systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, at least three years of process-engineering experience, assembly, package, or automation maintenance experience, engineering analysis and root-cause skills, computer and communication skills, and familiarity with database development, SPC software, and design of experiments.
