CulinArt is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support and oversee the day-to-day operations of a company account, including P&L and budgeting, hiring and counseling, scheduling, payroll, team training, customer relations, menu development, and culinary program rollout. The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong communication, multitasking, leadership, food quality, and customer service skills. A hospitality or culinary degree is preferred, and at least five years of foodservice operation experience is required, with high-volume production and catering experience essential. The position offers a salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
