Baxter is hiring an Assistant Manager, Sales - Pharma to drive primary and secondary pharmaceutical sales across assigned healthcare accounts and institutions in Chennai. The role focuses on promoting inhalational anesthetics, developing account and market plans, forecasting, territory management, distributor and channel partner management, product training, inventory and quality coordination, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, or a related field, at least five years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, and 2–3 years of experience in anesthesia, critical care, medical devices, surgical products, or healthcare consumables.
