Description
The Training and Development Specialist assists with identifying employee and organizational development needs, designing and delivering custom and corporate training, evaluating training effectiveness, and managing training budgets. The role supports guest service, leadership, product knowledge, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with operational leaders and training cadres. Candidates may have a two-year degree plus one year of related experience or a four-year bachelor's degree, along with certification as a trainer.
