Description
The Assurance Experienced Manager supervises and directs audit engagement teams through planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up; reviews workpapers and conclusions; advises clients on economic and regulatory risks; resolves complex accounting issues; applies GAAP, GAAS, SEC, and PCAOB requirements; and ensures engagement profitability through billing and collections. The role also handles client acceptance and retention, client presentations, business development, and the development of associates and senior associates. A bachelor’s degree, six or more years of relevant audit or public accounting experience, prior supervisory experience, and an active US CPA or recognized international equivalent are required.
