Description
The Assurance Manager supervises and reviews audit engagements from planning through field work and wrap-up, directs associates and senior associates, and provides on-the-job training. The role also handles complex GAAP and GAAS issues, SEC and PCAOB compliance, internal control testing, financial reporting, client communications, and engagement profitability through billing and collections. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant audit or public accounting experience, significant supervisory experience, and an active US CPA or recognized international equivalent.
