RSM is seeking an Assurance Manager to lead and manage audit engagements and teams within their Business Services practice. This role involves coordinating financial statement audits, assessing risks, designing audit procedures, supervising audit seniors and supervisors, and developing internal talent. The manager will also engage with clients to understand business impacts, anticipate concerns, and contribute to business growth strategies. The position requires strong technical proficiency in financial reporting and auditing standards, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional setting.
