RSM is hiring an Assurance Partner to lead audit and assurance client relationships, oversee complex engagement portfolios, manage engagement economics and risk, advise senior clients, develop business, and coach engagement teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, an active CPA or equivalent credential, and 13+ years of progressive public accounting, external audit, or assurance experience. It is a senior partnership-level position with substantial leadership, technical accounting, business development, and client relationship responsibilities.
