Michigan State University is hiring up to ten part-time, fixed-term instructors for its Criminal Justice department in East Lansing. The positions are remote-friendly and involve teaching one to two online courses per year in areas such as criminal procedure, criminology, policing, courts, corrections, cybersecurity, and private security. Candidates must hold a terminal degree in criminal justice or social science, a PhD for Assistant Professor, a master’s degree for Instructor, or a bachelor’s degree for Assistant Instructor, along with a record of teaching excellence or relevant experience. Applications were accepted from June 30, 2026 through June 22, 2028.
