AT&T is hiring recent STEM graduates for a 24–36-month Technology Development Program with a project-based rotational experience across four technical tracks: Software Engineer, Data Science Engineer, Business Analytics Engineer, and Network Engineer. Participants will work on practical technology solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop skills in software, data, automation, AI, and engineering. The program requires a STEM degree completed before the start date, full-time availability beginning July 2027, and on-site work at least five days per week in one of the listed locations. The program pays $77,800–$130,800 annually, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
