Description
The role is responsible for establishing and improving hole-saw production processes, including automatic painting, packaging, robot programming, process documentation, quality and efficiency improvements, equipment upgrades, and new-product SOP coordination. It requires a relevant undergraduate degree, at least five years of automatic painting or robot painting experience or manufacturing packaging engineering experience, proficiency with CAD and 3D design software, knowledge of PFMEA and Lean production, and strong English communication skills.
