Description
The CDL Driver Trainer is responsible for delivering classroom and on-road commercial driver training, conducting pre-trip inspections, air-brake and vehicle-maneuvering tests, evaluating student performance, and maintaining student records. The role requires a valid CDL, high school diploma or GED, recent on-the-road experience, DOT physical and drug-screening qualifications, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The trainer works under the guidance of the Program Director, Lead Driver Trainer, or their designee.
