Description
The CQS is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to serve as the first point of contact for existing and new DEH customers, with the goal of retaining customers and improving their experience. The role requires communication ability, customer focus, goal orientation, a high school diploma, computer and English proficiency, and 6 or 8 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The position offers a monthly salary starting at 920 euros gross, with potential increases, bonuses, permanent employment, training, and remote-work eligibility after three months.
