CXG is hiring Luxury Brand Evaluators to observe and evaluate customer experiences across luxury fashion, jewelry, beauty, and automotive brands. Evaluators can choose in-store or online missions, interact with sales staff or complete assessments from home, and submit feedback through a dedicated platform. The role offers flexible participation, multiple missions per month, and compensation for non-purchase missions or refunds for purchase missions; prior experience is not required, but applicants must be at least 18, a user of premium or luxury brands, and not currently contracted with any brand.
