Description
The role is based at DHL Shenzhen Customs Port and manages IT projects, application systems, production environments, security compliance, vendor relationships, regulatory coordination, and digitalization requirements. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, project delivery oversight, system quality and security governance, troubleshooting, incident response, and coordination with customs, airports, third parties, and headquarters. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of experience, Java/Web/SQL development or testing experience, project management or systems operations experience, Linux and Windows operations skills, middleware and component maintenance capabilities, customs and customs-clearing knowledge, and English proficiency.
