DO & CO is hiring an experienced Japanese-head chef to prepare and serve authentic Japanese cuisine for its premium in-flight catering service. The role leads the kitchen team, manages food preparation and plating, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, complies with hygiene and safety regulations, and handles inventory and material ordering. Candidates should have Japanese culinary experience, be able to work in a busy kitchen, provide high-quality service, speak German and/or English, and be flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays. The position offers a starting gross monthly salary of 5,500 euros paid 14 times per year, along with a referral bonus, free meals, discounts, and career development opportunities.
