Description
The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and carrying out material preparation, loading, filling, labeling, initial product checks, packaging, and quality-compliant production activities. The role also includes housekeeping, compliance with H.B. Fuller’s quality and HSE procedures, and availability for shift work. Applicants need a secondary education, at least one year of experience in a similar position, Microsoft Office knowledge, the ability to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures, and basic English is preferred.
